Part of the Greater Richmond Region, Goochland is a small town outside of Richmond VA, and the county seat of Goochland County, Virginia. Located just north of the James River, Choochland was founded in 1728 amongst a string of communities called Manakin-Sabot.
The area’s long history is etched throughout the region’s many historic homes and mansions, many of which are on the National Register of Historic Places, including the 1850s house we restored & expanded in Manakin-Sabot. Our other projects in the area include barn construction, carriage house additions, and home addition in Goochland.
