Exterior: We removed all vinyl siding and installed HardiePlank siding, all new soffit, and gutters. We installed French doors and replaced all windows. A new porch with A roof was built, including a freeze board with shake siding in the front gable. A new roof was also installed.
Interior: We installed new counters & a sink in the kitchen. We completely renovated the bathrooms installing new vanities, new tile floors, a tiled shower, and a new tub with tile. We refinished the floors and steps throughout the house, installing engineered hardwood in the kitchen and living room. The entire interior was painted with three coats.
